Lectures are recorded to ensure quality control. Quality Control managers monitor and submit weekly reports evaluating teacher performance. The QC manager is typically a qualified "Hafiz" and "Qari" that is also experienced in quality control. The evaluations are available to be shared with students or parents upon request. Teachers are fully vetted before they are hired.
